In the restaurant,
the bar or the conservatory, we offer a comprehensive menu and a daily
Chef's Specials board.
All our food is
homemade using local produce wherever possible as we are very aware
of the impact of 'food miles', including Eskdale free range saddleback
pork, free range eggs from Penny Hill Hens, Bewley's beef and Cumberland
Sausages,potatoes from the sandy soil of Gosforth;local cheeses and
not forgetting our home grown fruits, salads and herbs.
We specialise in
traditional and hearty home cooking and baking.
