Booking Conditions
Reservations made by telephone can be made with a credit or debit card. A deposit of £50 per room(£30 for a single room) will be debited from the card.A receipt and letter of confirmation will be sent by post or,if a late booking , upon arrival at the Boot Inn. Deposits will be deducted from the final bill on departure.
Bookings such as Christmas and New Year specials,group bookings of 3 or more rooms and bookings for 5 days or more require a 50% deposit to secure the booking followed by full payment 30 days prior to the date of arrival.
Deposits are non-refundable, although in certain circumstances they may be carried forward to a future booking. If a booking is cancelled and we are unable to re-let the accommodation we reserve the right to charge our per person standard bed and breakfast rate for all the nights booked.
We advise guests to consider taking out holiday insurance to cover cancellation charges if they are unable to holiday as booked.
